    The City has eight employee groups & unions. In each section are contracts, benefit summaries, pay scales and contact information for each group or union.

  • Employment Verification
    Starting Monday, November 21, 2011, the City of Omaha begins using The Work Number for employment and income verification of current and retired City employees.  The following links are to a brief description of The Work Number and a quick reference sheet you can print then supply to a Verifier for employment and/or income verification. Click the Employment Verification link above for more details.

  • Forms
    Forms and lists provided by or through the Human resources Department (employment applications, tuition reimbursement, holidays, department directors, etc.).

    New and revised policies established by the Human Resources Department, with the input from City employees, and approved by the Human Resources Board.

  • Pension Estimate - City of Omaha Employees Retirement System (COERS)
    Estimate a pension using this handy tool. 

  • Performance Appraisal System Civilian, Fire, and Police
    Regular evaluation forms, 360-degree evaluation forms, and training materials.  These forms are only available through the Human Resources Site on the City's Intranet. To access the Performance Appraisals you must be logged into a computer connected to the City's Network.
